2017 Reserve Pinot Noir

100% Pinot Noir. Our clones in this vineyard are Dijon 114 and 115, Pommard, Swan and “R”. Wonderful combination of clones gives our Pinot Noir more complexity and many layers of flavors and textures. Raspberry jam scent with a dash of vanilla from our Hungarian and French Oak. Elegant style Pinot Noir that pairs well with food. Very fruity while being dry with gentle tannins. We did air fryer baby back pork ribs last night with just olive oil, sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Perfect! Timothy added barbeque sauce.
