100% Chardonnay. Barrel fermented in French, Hungarian and American Oak. Clones 04/96/37 used in our Dillon Chardonnay Vineyard. Valley floor location close to the Napa River. Rich, ripe and refreshing. Dry and full bodied. Intense flavors of lemon curd, vanilla, butter scotch and crisp apple pie. Long finish with a touch of Hazelnut with Nutmeg. We love this wine with Bearnaise and Hollandaise sauces that we add to grilled meats, sea foods and potatoes. And poached eggs!
